This adorable rustic Mason jar sign can be personalized with your children's signatures to create a gift that grandma or mom will treasure forever! The word "Grandma" can be customized to the text that you would like. The children's names can be done in a basic font or you can message me the signatures to add that personalized touch!

Limit of 8 names. We will add in smaller blank flowers to turn it into an adorable bouquet.

It is made of 1/8 inch premium baltic birchwood with a raw wood frame. Each item is made to order. The wood and colors may vary slightly.

It is aprox 13 in H x 11 in W. Please double-check that these measurements are what you desire.

Please include children's names or a note letting me know that you would like to send signatures in the 'comments' box during checkout. If you send signatures, please use Sharpie marker on white paper if possible, as it engraves the best.

Please also include the word you would like to include in the "Grandma" spot. We can add "Mom", "Nana", or any word you would like. If no note is provided, we will default to "Grandma."

Our framed signs can be easily sat on a shelf or hung on a wall. You can also add additional hardware to secure it on the wall.
